Shipping & Delivery
We shipp all our orders using delivery service FEDEX or UPS to all countries in the world. When we finish your order package is shipped and tracking is available on request. Cost of shipping is always calculated individually and depends on size and weight.
Privacy & Security
In Carbott Composites your privacy is our priority. We do not share any personal information about you with anyone. We will never sell or rent your name, email address, telephone or any data.
Updating Account Information
You are fully responsible for the shipping address you provide - please double check your shipping address when you place an order. If adress is wrong parcel will return to us then You will be responsible to pay also for returning shipping. You need also to be in touch with your local customs to give them all informations if they need to complete customs clearance. You are responsible to receive package, if package return to us to shipp it again you will have to pay for return and again for shipping.
Delivery Note:
When you are about to get your package always check for any damages, if there is any issues please REFUSE to receive it and write down declaration of damage with shipping company, then let us know us right away. Shipped parts got everytime insurance. Once we got the damage parts back, we will send new parts out.
Returns & Replacements
At Carbott Composites our goal is your satisfaction. Any items that are not meet your expectations will be allowed to be returned and refunded or exchanged. We will only honor exchanges when we receive the item back. We will not refund shipping to our warehouse if returned, if exchanged we will ship the item back to your place for FREE.
- We will only accept returns received up to 14 days from the day you received the order from us.
- Any modified item will void our store warranty and if it's returns back to us without permission will be disregard and the order won't be refunded.
- If the package looks like it has been opened before / the box looks damaged, DO NOT sign for the package and tell the carrier that the package is damaged / opened before and so the shipping carrier will be responsible for it.
